Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 97, May 19, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
Rule 40C-2.051, F.A.C. was omitted from the index of the Notice of Proposed Rule. The language was included in the text but the title should be added to the index.
