Notice of Extension Under Section 120.74(6), F.S.

In accordance with Section 120.74(5), F.S., the Department extends the April 1 deadline to publish Notice of Proposed Rule 65E-12.111, which had been identified in the Department’s 2015 Regulatory Plan as necessary to implement the 2015 amendment of section 394.9082, Florida Statutes (Section 2015-102, Laws of Florida). Notice of Rule Development to adopt the rule was published in the August 7, 2015, edition of the Florida Administrative Register (Vol. 41, No. 153). However, Chapter 2016-241, Laws of Florida, repealed the rulemaking requirement of Section 394.9082, Florida Statutes, enacted in 2015. Therefore, rulemaking is no longer required to implement the law and Department will be publishing a notice of correction of its 2015 Regulatory Plan.
