NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 40, No. 64, April 2, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The notice failed to describe the information relied upon by the agency to determine that legislative ratification is not required. The pertinent part of the notice should have read as follows: The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: the nature of the rule and the preliminary analysis conducted to determine whether a SERC was required.
