NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 10, 2018, the Florida Department of Health, received a petition for variance from David Potts, representing Geomatrix Systems, LLC. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from subsections 64E-6.005(4), 64E-6.006(4), and paragraph 64E-6.014(5)(e), Florida Administrative Code, which provides the requirements for suitable unobstructed area for the installation and function of the system; requires that the site not be covered with asphalt or concrete or be subject to vehicular traffic; and requires a barrier of polyester bonded filament to protect the drainfield from soil infiltration.
