In accordance with Section 120.541 of the Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) announces the availability of a revised Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs (SERC) to persons who request it associated with the Department’s revised dissolved oxygen surface water quality criteria codified in Rule 62-302.533, F.A.C. (Dissolved Oxygen Criteria for Class I, Class II, Class III, and Class III-Limited Waters; OGC No. 12-1353).
