    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Department will be amending its rule that establishes the priority scoring system for petroleum contaminated sites. In addition, the Department is developing criteria specific to state funded cleanup of petroleum contaminated sites. The Department anticipates amending or creating the above list of rule sections and titles; however, these may be amended or new sections added as this rulemaking moves forward.
