NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 24, 2020, the Florida Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services, received a petition for a waiver of Rule 1B-2.011(c), Florida Administrative Code from the Southwest Florida Library Network located in Fort Myers, FL. The above rule provides guidelines on the grant administration procedures of the Library Cooperative Grants administered by the Division of Library and Information Services (Division). The rule prohibits the carryover of unexpended Library Cooperative Grant funds beyond September 30 of the current fiscal year. Any interested person or other agency may submit comments on the petition within 14 days after this notice by emailing [e-mail].
