NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 49 No. 47, March 9, 2023 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The change is based upon comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee and discussion and subsequent vote by the Board at the meeting held on April 28, 2023. The rule shall now read as follows:
64B6-2.002 Definitions.
For the purpose of all rules regulating Hearing Aid Specialists this chapter the following definitions apply:
(1) through (6) No Change.
