NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 16, 2023, the Department of Health, received a petition for a waiver from Tristan Farrell, representing Champions Run Ocala, LLC. The petitioner seeks a waiver from subsection 64E-11.003(6), Florida Administrative Code, adopting 6-201.15(D) of the 2013 FDA Food Code, which requires effective measures to protect against the entrance of insects and rodents into the establishment.
