PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule development is to amend the existing rule to require annual submittal of the Acquisition and Restoration Council's report to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund required by 259.105(15), Florida Statutes. The current rule requires submittal semiannually.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed change affects the frequency of submittal of a report prepared by the Acquisition and Restoration Council to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund on acquisition projects under the Florida Forever Program and the Board's consideration of the report.
