    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 16, 2020, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Aaron C. Alford, DC, regarding the requirement of Rules 64B2-13.004 and 64B2-13.0049, F.A.C., which requires that for the purpose of renewing or reactivating a license, an applicant must demonstrate to the Board that he/she has participated in at least forty (40) classroom hours of Board approved continuing chiropractic education. Petitioner also request that the 8 hours of continuing education remaining be substituted with previous coursework taken.
