    34-7.010List of Forms and Instructions

    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: This amendment will affect paragraph 34-7.010(1)(a), F.A.C., which concerns the Form 2, Quarterly Client Disclosure. The purpose of the amendment will be to reflect recent statutory changes affecting Section 112.3145, Florida Statutes, which is the statute providing the authority for the Form 2. In particular, the amendment will update, clarify, and readopt the instructions included in that rule provision. The updated instructions will indicate that--beginning on January 1, 2024--the Commission will accept the filing of the Form 2 only through the electronic filing system created and maintained by the Commission as provided in Section 112.31446, Florida Statutes.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Form 2, Quarterly Client Disclosure, which is a form promulgated by the Commission wherein certain public officers disclose clients they are representing before public agencies.
