GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a public meeting of the Governor and Cabinet at which the Executive Director of the Department of Law Enforcement will request approval to file for adoption Rules 11B-35.001, 11B-35.0011, 11B-35.002, 11B-35.003, 11B-35.006, 11B-35.007 , and 11B-35.009, (Training Programs). A Notice of Proposed Rule regarding the rule was published in the Florida Administrative Register on March 22, 2018 (Volume 44, Number 57), and a Notice of Change was published on June 4, 2018 (Volume 44, Number 108).
