NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 47 No. 49, March 12, 2021 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The change is in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee and discussion and subsequent vote by the Board at the public telephonic meeting held May 21, 2021.
The following changes have been made to incorporated form DH-MQA 1261:
- On page 1, #2. A. has been amended to read, “Provide course in administration of local anesthesia completion information.”
- On page 1, #2. B. has been amended to read: “Have you received training and hold current certification from the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, or entity with equivalent requirements in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) at the basic or advanced cardiac life support level, including one-rescuer and two-rescuer CPR for adults, children, and infants; the use of an automatic external defibrillator (AED); and the use of ambu-bags?
