GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: A Notice of Rule Development for this rule chapter was published in the Vol. 42, No. 106, June 1, 2016, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The workshop was held in Winter Haven, Florida on June 21, 2016 at Polk State College Public Safety Center. A second workshop is being held to continue discussion on the draft agritourism rule with additional interested parties in the North Region.
