NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 25, 2018, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Florida Administrative Code subsection 64E-19.004(14) from John O. Williams, representing J.O. Williams Charitable Club, Inc. This rule states, “There shall not be a direct opening between a body piercing salon and any building or portion of a building used as living or sleeping quarters or as a food establishment. This shall be accomplished, at a minimum, by a solid floor to ceiling wall of separation.”
