PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the rule development is to conform rule language to statutory changes and create a new school improvement rating calculation and categories for alternative schools and ESE centers, and to present draft cut scores based on results of the initial learning gains calculation. It is anticipated that the rule will be substantially rewritten.
