PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12-19.002 and 12-19.004, F.A.C., is to update the name of the Florida Money Laundering Act, correct cross references to other provisions, to remove a redundant definition, and to incorporate by reference an Internal Revenue Code provision used in the rule.
