NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 1, 2020, the Florida Public Service Commission received a petition for emergency variance or waiver from Casa Devon Venture, L.P., in Docket No. 20200175-EU, seeking a variance or waiver from subsections 25-6.049(5) and (6), Florida Administrative Code. The rule addresses how electric utilities measure customer service; requires individual electric metering for each separate occupancy units of residential buildings and other names establishments; and gives exceptions allowing master-metering.
