65C-14.060Standards for Contracted Emergency Shelters

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 16, 2015, the Department of Children and Families received a petition for variance of subsection 65C-14.060(3), F.A.C., from Children’s Home Society of Florida - The Treehouse Program. Subsection 65C-14.060(3), F.A.C., states Contracted emergency shelters which accept male and female clients, age 12 or older, shall ensure that both male and female staff are on duty at all times.
