The South Florida Water Management District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: This notice is being published to correct inaccuracies in the electronic notice sent from [e-mail] on July 29, 2019. The notice published on July 29, 2019, Vol. 45/146 accurately states that the public hearing previously noticed for August 8, 2019 is cancelled and rescheduled to October 10, 2019, 9:00 a.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The District will present the results of any additional analyses/evaluations based on the workshops held on May 31, 2019 and June 20, 2019, and adopt a Caloosahatchee River MFL as well as exceedance and violation criteria.
