    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 30, 2018, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance from the City of St. Petersburg. The petition requested a variance for relief from paragraph 62-600.400(6)(b), F.A.C., which requires that the minimum acceptable contact time shall be 15 minutes at the peak hourly flow where chloride is used for high level disinfection. The facility is located at 3800 54th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33711-4865 in Pinellas County, at latitude 27o43'4.5" N, longitude 82o41'4 " W.
