NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 30, 2018, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance from the City of St. Petersburg. The petition requested a variance for relief from paragraph 62-600.400(6)(b), F.A.C., which requires that the minimum acceptable contact time shall be 15 minutes at the peak hourly flow where chloride is used for high level disinfection.
