PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of this rule development notice is to address rule amendments for bluefish to modify the Atlantic recreational bag limit, clarify that FWC’s bluefish regulations do not extend into federal waters of the Atlantic, and other potential rule amendments related to the above cited rules.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Subject areas addressed in the rule development notice include bag limits, applicability of FWC regulations in federal waters of the Atlantic Ocean, and other subjects encompassed by the above-cited rules.
