PURPOSE AND EFFECT: With the adoption of Part III of Rule Chapter 14-57, F.A.C., these rules are obsolete and need to be repealed. Repeal of these rules is part of the Departments overall goal to review existing rules and to repeal any rules that are considered to be obsolete or unnecessary.
SUMMARY: New Rule 14-57.014 in Part III of Rule Chapter 14-57 superseded these rules, which are being repealed.
SUMMARY OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared.
Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.
