NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 02, 2011, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver/Variance from paragraph 67-38.007(5)(a), F.A.C., from MBCDC: The London, LLC, with respect to rental Developments PLP Loan’s Maturity Date.
