    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 13, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of subsection 67-21.026(10) F.A.C., from Villa Capri II Associates, Ltd. to allow the use of a stipulated sum contract in lieu of a guaranteed maximum price contract.
