Notice of Disposition Due to Withdrawal – Pinellas County vs. DEP
The Department of Environmental Protection herby gives notice that on August 11, 2017, the Petitioner, Pinellas County, withdrew its Amended Petition for Declaratory Statement (OGC Case 17-0245).
