The Board of Pharmacy hereby gives notice: that the petition filed by George Morad Yousssef on July 20, 2018, seeking a variance or waiver from Rules 64B16-26.2031 and 64B16-26.2033, Florida Administrative Code, has been withdrawn. The Notice of Petition published in Vol. 44, No. 142, of the July 23, 2018, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held August 7, 2018, in Orlando, Florida. The Petitioner requested to withdraw the petition. The Board’s Order of Withdrawal was filed on August 13, 2018.
