    64B16-28.141Requirements for an Automated Pharmacy System in a Community Pharmacy

    The Board of Pharmacy hereby gives notice: that the petition filed by Orlando Health, Inc., on April 26, 2018, seeking a variance or waiver from Rule 64B16-28.141, Florida Administrative Code, has been withdrawn. The Notice of Petition published in Vol. 44, No. 86, of the May 2, 2018, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held June 12, 2018, in Howie-in-the-Hills, Florida. The Petitioner requested to withdraw the petition. The Board’s Order of Withdrawal was filed on July 5, 2018.
