NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 31, 2023, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Collier County Transportation Engineering Division (Application No. 230501-38473) for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the Golden Gate Main Canal to construct a two-lane vehicle bridge located at 16th Street N.E.; Section 1, Township 49S, Range 27E, Collier County. The petition seeks relief from subsection 40E-6.091(1) and paragraph 40E-6.221(3)(j), Fla. Admin. Code, which govern the minimum low member elevation of a bridge within Works of the District.
