PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the development of a rule amendment to incorporate a new application into rule, move an existing application, and to repeal an outdated rule provision.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: To incorporate two applications into the rules and repeal an existing rule that contains language that has become outdated due to statutory changes.
