NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 99, May 20, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are based upon discussion and subsequent vote by the Board at the public meeting held August 1, 2022, in Orlando, Florida.
The rule now reads as follows:
61J1-6.003 Experience Requirement – Practical Applications of Real Estate Appraisal.
(1) No change.
(2) Graduates successfully completing an approved certified residential PAREA program will be eligible to receive the following experience credit:
(a) through (b) No change.
