NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 20, 2023, the Board of Pharmacy, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Laura Dennis, seeking a waiver of the requirement of Rule 64B16-26.351, Florida Administrative Code, that states pursuant to section 465.014, F.S., in order to be registered as a pharmacy technician in Florida, an applicant must have completed a pharmacy technician training program approved by the Board.
