    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 16, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraphs 67-21-0025(7)(c) and 67-21.003(1)(b), Florida Administrative Code (05/18/2021) and the Non-Competitive Application Instructions (Rev. 03-2021) and for Board Approval Pursuant to paragraph 67-21.003(8)(b) (05/18/2021) from Vineland Family Apartments, Ltd., allowing Petitioner to change its organizational structure to reflect the attached Exhibit B to the petition, which includes natural person principals appearing below the fourth disclosure level, and allowing this change to occur prior to the MMRB loan closing, and approve the requested change in the Developer's organizational structure.
