NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from Utilities, Inc. of Florida in Docket No. 20170174-SU, filed August 9, 2017, seeking a partial waiver of paragraph 25-30.030(5)(b), Florida Administrative Code. This rule addresses the customer noticing provisions for an application to amend a utility’s service territory. A copy of the petition can be obtained from the Office of Commission Clerk.
