NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 44 No. 103, May 25, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
Changes to the rule are made in response to written comments provided by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in their correspondence dated June 6, 2018.
THE CHANGES TO THE TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULE ARE:
Unnecessary language was removed, from incorporated Form NI1-071, that provided for the warden to establish a schedule for the distribution of health and comfort items and inclusion of the schedule to be included as an addendum to post orders. The schedule has been established by the rule.
