PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose is to clarify possession of species listed under 68A-27, F.A.C., and to address disposition of facilities and captive wildlife during and after license revocation and renewal denial actions. The effect will be additional clarification to the rules and enhanced accountability for captive wildlife violators.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Subject area covered in the proposed rules includes the regulations governing permit requirements and the disposition of facilities and captive wildlife in licensure actions.
