GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Rules Committee Meeting, 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss changes for private postsecondary institutions licensed by the Commission for Independent Education and institutions not under the jurisdiction or purview of the Commission, as identified in s. 1005.06 (1)(b)-(f), Florida Statutes, as a result of legislative changes found in HB1537 (Ch.2023-39, Sections 10-14, Laws of Florida) and HB1521 (Ch.2023-106, Laws of Florida).

The Chair may impose a cumulative time limit for all public comment on any agenda item.
