PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule development is to consolidate criteria for assessment and validation of parent co-pays and school readiness provider reimbursements.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed rule development will address parent co-pay assessment, collection, attendance validation, and school readiness provider reimbursements.
