NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 21, 2024, the Board of Accountancy, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Stephanie Kymer. Petitioner seeks a permanent variance or waiver of Rule 61H1-31.006, F.A.C., which requires that each Florida certified public accountant for reactivation of a delinquent status license to active shall pay a fee of $250.00. Comments on this petition should be filed with the Board of Accountancy within 14 days of publication of this notice.
