NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Florida Public Service Commission that Florida Public Utilities Company’s petition for waiver from paragraph 25-6.0436(4)(a), Florida Administrative Code, filed on June 17, 2019, in Docket No. 20190130-EI, was granted by the Commission by Order No. PSC-2019-0322-PAA-EI, issued on August 7, 2019, and consummated by Order No. PSC-2019-0369-CO-EI, issued on August 29, 2019. The rule requires FPUC to file a depreciation study every four years. The petition was granted on the basis that the purpose of the underlying statute would be achieved by other means and application of the rule would create a substantial hardship. Notice of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register on June 20, 2019, Vol. 45, No.120.
