    NOTICE OF CHANGE

    Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., FS., published in Vol. 38, No. 22, July 27, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

    The change to the proposed rule is in response to comments made by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated July 18, 2012, to incorporate additional materials relied upon by the District and incorporated in the Department's rules.
