NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 21, 2023, the Department of Education, received a petition for variance from Florida Building Code Subsection 468.3.5 Plumbing. The petition requests a variance or waiver exempting the school from certain toilet and sanitary facilities requirements prescribed therein. The petitioner is Moore Haven Christian Academy, located in Moore Haven, Florida.
