NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 3, 2020, the Department of Health, received a petition for Variance from Florida Administrative Code subparagraph 64E-16.007(2)(a)2., from WNWN International, Inc., Petitioner, on behalf of Miquel Lozano, representing, Tesalys. This rule prescribes the specific placement of biological indicators in each treatment cart prior to treatment. The Petitioner requests a variance from the rule to allow the Petitioner to place the biological indicators in the center of the untreated biomedical waste load.
