    The Board of Professional Engineers hereby gives notice: that the Petition filed by Jeffrey Scott Crain on June 11, 2019, seeking a variance of Rule 61G15-20.002, F.A.C., has been dismissed as withdrawn. The Notice of Petition was published in Vol. 45 No. 117 of the June 17, 2019, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on August 8, 2019, in Daytona Beach, Florida. The Board’s Order was filed on August 30, 2019. The Board determined the applicant satisfies the requirements of the rule, as presented, and is therefore entitled to Florida licensure. After being notified of the Board’s decision to grant the application for licensure, Petitioner requested to withdraw the petition for Variance. The Board granted the request.
