PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect is to amend existing rules and forms, and to create new a new form to conform with and implement Chapter No. 2022-178, Laws of Florida, which was signed into law on June 8, 2022. The legislation creates the term “target market” to describe a group of clients or potential clients of a financial institution. The amendments will incorporate this term into existing rule.
