    NOTICE OF CHANGE

    Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 42 No. 125, June 28, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

    65C-15.016 Staff Functions and Qualifications.

    (1) The child-placing agency shall have a personnel file for each employee, which shall include the following:

    (a) No change.

    (b) Verification that the screening requirements of Section 409.175(6), F.S., have been completed and met, including an “Affidavit of Good Moral Character,” CF 1649, February 2013 January 2015, incorporated by reference and available at www.dcf.state.fl.us/publications;

    (c) through (f) No change.

    (2) through (3) No change.
