    The Department of Environmental Protection announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: October 9, 2017, 9:00 a.m. until completion but no later than 1:00 p.m. This workshop for revisions to Rule Chapter 62B-34, F.A.C., “General Permits for Activities Seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line”, will be held in conjunction with a rule development workshop for proposed revisions to Chapter 62B-33, F.A.C. Notice of Rule Development for Rule 62B-34, F.A.C., was published in the July 18, 2017, Florida Administrative Register. The workshops will be held in two sections: 1. Presentation of the proposed revisions to Chapter 62B-33, F.A.C., to be followed immediately by; 2. Presentation of the proposed revisions to Chapter 62B-34, F.A.C.

    PLACE: The workshop will be broadcast via webinar and parties can register to attend the webinar via their personal computers with audio by telephone (regular long-distance telephone charges will apply) or by speakers connected to their computer (no telephone charges will apply).
