NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 41 No. 165, August 25, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
THE TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULE WILL NOW READ:
64B9-5.014 Continuing Education on Recognizing Impairment in the Workplace.
(1) All licensees must complete a two hour course on recognizing impairment in the workplace as part of continuing education every other renewal biennium.
(1)(2) Each course on recognizing impairment in the workplace shall include, at a minimum, the following subject areas:
(a) Indentifying the signs of impairment in the workplace,
(b) through (f) No change.
