53ER15-51 Replacement of Obsolete Emergency Rules.

The following Department of the Lottery emergency rules relating to its personnel program are being replaced because the provisions of the personnel rules are obsolete or unnecessary. This rule shall replace the following rules: 53ER05-47, 53ER06-33, 53ER06-42, 53ER07-30, 53ER07-31 and 53ER08-09 F.A.C.

THIS RULE TAKES EFFECT UPON BEING FILED WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE UNLESS A LATER TIME AND DATE IS SPECIFIED IN THE RULE.
